Is this a private or group tour? What vehicle is used?
This is a fixed-departure group tour, where you travel with fellow explorers. All road travel and planned sightseeing are conducted in a comfortable Force Urbania, starting and ending in Delhi.
Where is the pickup and drop-off point in Delhi?
Pickup is from Akshardham Metro Station, Delhi, on Friday night. The tour is Delhi-to-Delhi. Your reporting time and return drop details will be shared before departure. Return timings may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.
Can I join the trip as a solo traveller?
Yes, solo travellers are welcome. The tour is designed for travelling with a group. Accommodation is offered on a double or triple-sharing basis. Please mention your room preference while booking. Single occupancy, if available, may involve an additional charge.
What kind of hotels are provided? Is hot water available?
We provide 3-star hotel accommodation in Manali, or a similar property, on a double or triple-sharing basis. Running hot water facilities are available at the hotels. The specific hotel is subject to availability.
What meals are included in this package?
Breakfast and dinner: Included at the hotel on the applicable days.
Lunch: Not included. You can explore local cafes and restaurants at your own expense.
Journey meals: Not included during road transfers.

Are sightseeing and adventure activities included?
Planned sightseeing includes Hadimba Temple, Mall Road, Old Manali, Atal Tunnel, Sissu and Solang Valley, as described in the itinerary. Adventure activities, optional experiences and applicable entry fees are not included in the package price.
What happens if bad weather affects the itinerary?
Mountain weather and road conditions can change quickly. Sightseeing schedules may be adjusted, and certain locations may be skipped if access is restricted or conditions are unsafe. We will keep travellers informed of significant changes and prioritise everyone's safety.
How do I confirm my booking and make the payment?
You can enquire and reserve your seats through WhatsApp. A 20% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 80% is payable at least 7 days before departure. Booking confirmation is subject to seat and hotel availability.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellation charges are calculated according to the time remaining before departure:
  • More than 15 days: 10%
  • 8–15 days: 25%
  • 4–7 days: 50%
  • Less than 4 days: 100%
Rescheduling requests are subject to seat and operational availability. Any applicable charges will be communicated before a change is confirmed.
How much luggage can I carry?
We recommend travelling light and carrying only essential luggage. Please share the size and number of bags when booking so that luggage space in the Urbania can be confirmed. Oversized or additional luggage should be approved in advance.
